This will be done through knowledge transfer, the CENTURY 21 Award winning FREE online courses, by bringing into the office specialized training and by searching out “best in class” fee based courses for our Agents. (Did I mention we all completed in depth training on Social Networking such as blogging, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, ActiveRain..just to name a few).

 

We will accomplish our growth plans through: The Recruitment of both new as well as experienced real estate professionals. In depth training is provided to new Agents to help assure their success. We also provide online courses for the experienced Agents to quickly become familiar with the tools available to them through the CENTURY 21 IntraNet. I will be interviewing, hiring and coaching all new Agents.
